For equipment builders, a flow meter is a component, not an instrument project. - Mechanical envelope. The YF-C3 handles OD 9–277 mm in an ultra-compact body, with a magnetic snap-on bracket that installs in minutes on the assembly line or in the field.
- No process intrusion. External mounting means no pressure drop, no wetted wear parts and no change to the machine’s hydraulic design.
- Control interface. 4–20 mA, RS485 Modbus RTU and optional OCT pulse connect to virtually any PLC or controller; 24 VDC at 3 W power matches standard control cabinets.
- Performance. ±2.0% accuracy, 0.8% repeatability and a 500 ms response across 0.1–5.0 m/s.
- Environment. IP54, standard aluminium or PTFE-coated housing, and 70 °C / 120 °C transducer options.
Integrated or Remote
Machinery layouts vary. Specify the integrated body for a simple exposed pipe, or the split version so the sensing head sits at a tight internal measurement point while the electronics and display mount on the operator panel. A single product family covering both reduces qualification effort across a model range.
