Description
The YF-C6 is a wall-mount, fixed clamp-on transit-time ultrasonic flow meter for permanent, continuous online flow monitoring. The transducers strap onto the outside of the pipe with no cutting, welding or shutdown — ideal for retrofits and occupied processes.
It covers DN25–DN2000 (1″–80″) and delivers ±1.0% accuracy with 4–20 mA, RS485 Modbus RTU, OCT pulse/alarm and relay outputs for direct integration into control and telemetry systems.

Installation Methods
- V-method — standard, best accuracy for DN25–DN400 (1″–16″)
- Z-method — direct path, less signal attenuation, for DN100–DN2000 (4″–80″)
- N / W-method — extended transit path for small pipes (<DN50 / 2″)
Install on a full-pipe section with adequate straight run (e.g. ≥10D upstream of elbows, ≥50D after pumps).
