What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We support both single-unit sample/evaluation orders and bulk or container orders. Wholesale tier pricing starts at low quantities – send your volume for a detailed quote.
Can I order a sample before buying in bulk?
Yes. Sample units are available for evaluation before a bulk purchase. Contact us for sample pricing and lead time; sample cost can often be credited toward the bulk order.
How long is the lead time?
Standard models ship quickly from stock. Bulk and OEM/private-label orders depend on quantity and customization; we confirm the exact lead time with every quotation.
Do you offer OEM / private label?
Yes – custom logo, branded or neutral colour-box packaging and localized manuals. MOQ depends on the level of customization; ask for our OEM program details.
Which certifications and warranty apply?
Meters are supplied for export with relevant compliance documentation and factory calibration. Ask our export team for the certificates and warranty terms applicable to your model.
What payment and shipping terms do you accept?
We accept common B2B payment terms and ship worldwide by express, air or sea under FOB, CIF or DDP terms. Tell us your destination and we will quote freight.
How do I choose the right model and transducer?
Send your pipe diameter, pipe material, fluid type, temperature and required outputs. Our engineers recommend the model, transducer size and mounting method (V / Z / N / W).
Is clamp-on ultrasonic suitable for my fluid?
Clamp-on meters work best on clean, single-phase liquids with little entrained air – water, HVAC/chilled water, and most chemicals and oils. Share your fluid details and we will confirm suitability.
What accuracy can I expect?
Fixed meters offer up to +/-0.5% and portable meters +/-0.5% to +/-1.0% depending on the model; energy/BTU meters deliver +/-2.0% on heat quantity. Full figures are in each product datasheet.
Do you provide installation and after-sales support?
Yes. Every order includes an English manual, a transducer mounting guide and remote technical support; video/on-site guidance is available for distributors and integrators.
